Phonics and Reading Program Introduct
Our 3-6 Reading Program is specifically designed for young readers aged 3 to 6 years, laying the foundation for literacy and instilling a love for reading at an early age. This course focuses on nurturing emergent reading skills through a blend of phonics, vocabulary building, and comprehension strategies. By integrating colorful stories, engaging activities, and interactive lessons, we aim to create a joyful and stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity and confidence in budding readers. Course Objectives: Phonics and Phonemic Awareness: Students will learn sound-letter correspondences and develop the ability to blend sounds into words, an essential step in reading readiness. Vocabulary Expansion: Through Storytime and thematic lessons, children will be introduced to new words, gradually expanding their vocabulary and understanding of language. Comprehension Skills: Learners will start to practice simple comprehension techniques, such as making predictions, answering questions about stories, and retelling narratives in their own words.
